About the person

Ágnes Merschdorf specializes in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements for various industries in accordance with HGB and IFRS as well as audit-related consulting. She also assists our clients with the preparation of tax returns, ongoing tax advice and tax audits.

After studying business administration at the Corvinus University of Budapest (Hungary) and the University of Kuopio (Finland), she began her professional career as an auditing assistant in Hungary. After working for a Big Four company in Munich for many years, she worked in medium-sized law firms. In 2019 and 2021, Ágnes Merschdorf successfully passed her exams as a tax advisor and then as an auditor. She joined BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER in 2025.
