The firm Bergemann Schönherr & Partners was founded in 2011 – as a spin-off from RP Richter & Partners, now called BakerTillyRölfs. The founding partners are the name partners Achim Bergemann and Frank Schönherr, as well as Knuth Blumenstiel and Frank Zeidler. In 2013, Ronny Walter joined us as a new partner from BakerTillyRölfs. Michael Habel joined us in 2020/2021 as a valuable partner.

6 partners and currently 34 employees – including 15 tax advisors, 4 attorneys and two certified accountant – are at your service. Our support staff includes multiple accountants, tax clerks and tax specialists, as well as an administrative team. Since we are very invested in the younger generation of advisors, we have established two trainee positions: one in the tax practice and the other in the legal practice.
We do a great deal – and we are proud of this. This includes diverse events and team-building exercises, regular training and continuing education courses – we want to actively encourage the careers of our employees.
