Gudrun Moll is a lawyer and tax consultant as well as a specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law. She specializes in stock corporation and capital market law. She advises issuers on IPOs and the issue of corporate bonds as well as listed companies on capital measures, general meetings and takeovers as well as other being public obligations.
Gudrun Moll studied law at the University of Marburg and the University of Augsburg. After completing her studies, she worked in various medium-sized and international commercial law firms. In 2000, she successfully passed the examination to become a tax consultant. Gudrun Moll has been with BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER since August 2025.
