About the person
Martin Back advises our clients in the central areas of commercial law. A particular focus of his work is corporate law as well as banking and capital markets law.
Martin Back studied law at the University of Potsdam and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Already during his legal training he gained practical experience in internationally renowned commercial law firms. Before joining BERGEMANN SCHÖNHERR & PARTNER in July 2025, he worked for several years as a lawyer in a major German and British law firm.
Martin Back publishes on current developments in corporate and capital market law. He has also successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in commercial and corporate law.
