Personal details:

Christian Bauer joined Bergemann Schönherr & Partner in September 2022. He advises our clients in all matters of commercial and corporate law, in particular in shareholder disputes, and in corporate transactions (M&A). He advises and represents our clients both in and out of court.

Christian Bauer studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich and completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. Before joining Bergemann Schönherr & Partner, Christian Bauer worked, inter alia, for a supra-local commercial law firm and for an international financial services group.
